We work with an industry expert in the respective field. They create the Survey, the evaluation and the recommendations by putting their knowledge and experience into the system. They also continue to work with us in sampling completed surveys to ensure that the Surveys are accurate and are of high quality.
Sign-up and Register to use the system.
This is a simple sign-up and you use your email address, which is unique to you, and you create your own password. You will then be sent a welcome email which will give you the links to the mobile App. These links are also on the web site. You then can logon to the system either through the browser or through the mobile App.
Choose, Purchase, and Complete Anytime, Anywhere
When you logon you will see a list of Surveys that are available and that you can purchase. When you have selected a Survey it is made available for you. You can then complete the Survey using your browser or your mobile device. When you logon via the mobile App any Survey you have purchased is downloaded to your device.
Pause, Proceed, Personalize
You start the Survey and you can pause it at any time. You then just follow the instructions in the Survey and answer the questions and provide the information. It may mean that you are taking room measurements, or window measurements or selecting the type of window, etc. or making observations about your property. You work through your whole house answering the survey questions and inputing the information requested.
Automated Report Creation
Once you have completed the Survey the system takes over and performs its magic. It evaluates your information and it creates a report based upon the information provided and gives recommendations specifically for you and your property in that report. Each and every report is unique and specific to the property. The report is produced automatically and so it is usually ready within minutes of you completing your Survey.
